We're not quite sure what Mike Tyson is eating (above) while he and his wife navigate through LAX — it looks like a cookie or a scone or something (but it better be vegan!) — but we're sure it's exactly what he needs to fly comfortably at his upcoming altitude!
Everyone preps for flight in their own way! LOLz!
His wife, however, took a little healthier route and grabbed a green juice instead!

If you are travelling, make sensible food choices when dining at restaurants. Unless the calorie amounts are listed on the menu, there’s a strong chance the menu is loaded with high amounts calories, bad fats and carbs. Aside from post-workout nutrition, breakfast is the most important meal of the deal. To curb your hunger from the beginning of the day, eat a meal high in protein like eggs or greek yogurt, fiber rich foods like bananas and complex carbohydrates like oatmeal or whole grain toast with almond butter.

Addictions are rough, and we don't really want to downplay the struggle that people go through when they're addicted to something, no matter what it is.
That being said, eating vapor rub is super gross — we just feel bad for her doing it! She spends hundred of dollars a month on the addiction, and can't go 30 minutes without a 'fix.'
That includes putting it in her morning tea!
