Former Ed Hardy CEO Sued For Sexual Assault!

Former Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez is being sued for sexual assault

The former CEO of Ed Hardy, Hubert Guez, is being sued for sexual assault by a masseuse, claiming that he tried to force himself on her during a massage session in May of last year.

If the name sounds familiar, it's because he owned the Holmby Hills home Michael Jackson was renting when he died.

The suit, which was filed in L.A. County Superior Court by the masseuse's attorney Keith Davidson, contains allegations

Australian model turned fugitive Simone Farrow was arrested at a cheap motel in Queensland this weekend after nearly a month on the run.

The 37 year old was wanted for trafficking "ice" or meth into Australia in bags of bath salts and running an "ongoing criminal enterprise" from her swanky Hollywood Hills apartment.

Farrow, who once modeled for Ed Hardy, used at least 19 aliases to stay off the police and DEA's radar and claims she ran because someone was trying to kill her.

Simone is expected to appear in court later this week.

Hells Angels Sue McQueen, Saks & Zappos!

hells-angels-suing-alexander-mcqueen-saks-and-zappos-over-death-head-use-2.jpg

Who knew these guys were so into fashion?

The Hells Angels have filed a lawsuit against Alexander McQueen, Saks & Zappos.com claiming they are selling items named after the gang and using their "Death Head" design without permission.

We can understand the name, but the design? It's a skull!

The motorcycle gang's lawyer Fritz Clapp says the suit "…isn't just about money, it's about membership. If you've got one of these rings on, a member might get really upset that you're an imposter."

OK, first of all we doubt someone who's wearing designer labels and shopping at high end department stores would be mistaken as a Hells Angel.

Second, if they're going to sue anybody it should be Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier. Both labels use skulls like they're going out of style and in turn, are being worn by all sorts of tools and douchebags all over the world.

The rough and tough organization is seeking unspecified damages and "supervised destruction" of the merchandise.

Ed Hardy Banned In Australian City!

australian-city-of-stonnington-bans-ed-hardy.jpg

Australia is taking a cue from Republic Nightclub in New Orleans by banning Ed Hardy in an entire city — and it's all because of the Jersey Shore!

Ha!

The city of Stonnington posted the notice (above) on an Ed Hardy store that recently shut down warning residents to take their bedazzled tattoo douchewear somewhere else.

If this sounds familiar, it's because another Australian city had a similar ban at an event last year.

Geez. They really don't like this stuff down under.

A Sneak Peek At The Situation's Clothing Line

situation_clothing_e.jpg

Jersey Shore's The Situation posted a picture on his Facebook of his friend "The Unit" (yes, really) wearing one of the designs from his upcoming clothing line.

The shirt before the shirt is supposed to be "couture" and "high-quality wearable art".

We don't know about you, but none of those words came to mind when we saw this Ed Hardy/Affliction wannabe piece of clothing.

Thoughts???

The Mansion Michael Jackson Died In Is Up For Sale

mj-wenn__opt11__opt11__opt1.jpg

This took a MASSIVE price cut!

The Holmby Hills mansion that Michael Jackson died in is back up on the market for the very reasonable price of $28,995,000!

The property's owner, Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez, was trying to sell the home back in 2008 for $38 million, but when he couldn't find any potential buyers he let Michael Jackson rent it while he prepared for the This Is It tour.

After the pop icon's tragic passing, Guez attempted to rent the space out, but has apparently given up, and the 7-bedroom, 13 bathroom mansion is now back on the market for $10 million cheaper than before!

Morbid fucks MJ fans have reportedly expressed interest in purchasing the home, but the owners are requiring that everyone must go through an "extensive pre-qualifying check" to even see the space!

Smart move! Don't want to let all the crazies in!
