Could Christian Audigier's reign over rhinestone encrusted douchewear finally be slowing down?
There's a rumor that the designer's eponymous store in NYC's NoLita neighborhood has closed.
As of last week, the windows at the Lafayette Street location were boarded up and the doors were locked.
However, the Ed Hardy store in SoHo said the store was "under construction" and would be reopening in a month to a month and a half to undergo some mayjah renovations.
Wonder what kind of douchey renovations AudiGaudy is making???

Is this really the next trend in fashion?
For the Louis Vuitton menswear show in Paris, Marc Jacobs brought along his tattoo artist Scott Campbell to temporarily mark up the male models with LV tattoos.
How Chanel of them.
Campbell also put his artistic touch on some of the leather bags or "murses".
Sounds like Ed Hardy just with a higher price tag!

Blame Chanel!
Topshop is following in the French fashion house' footsteps by launching their own range of temporary tattoos.
While the fast fashion retailer's tats are more affordable, they aren't cute. These scream Ed Hardy more than they do Topshop.

There isn't a trace of hair on this guy — anywhere!
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was spotted in his Ed Hardy skivvies revealing his toned physique, lack of a happy trail and beyond!
Show off!

On Monday, Brooklyn's DA announced that the United States will donate over 125,000 tons of confiscated knockoffs to Haiti rather than destroying them.
The amount of goods comes to a whoppin' $10 million worth of designer fakes including Ralph Lauren, Diesel and Ed Hardy.
But there's a catch. Any logos or brand identifiers will be removed from the clothes before being shipped to the earthquake ravaged country.
Sounds like a lot of work to us, especially when they have to scrape off all that douchiness from Ed Hardy's shiz.

Now that Lindsay Lohan has put those Ed Hardy rumors to rest, what better time to announce her newest venture?
La Loca has announced that she will be designing her own handbags under her 6126 line after signing a 3 year licensing deal with The California Bag Company.
Paz Shakked Wolf has taken on the responsibility to design the bags along with the "creative director" Lindsanity.
The three year agreement is overly ambitious. We give one, tops.

Good news for Ed Hardy!
Lindsay Lohan has denied designing a line of handbags for the tattooed mega-brand.
The failed designer tweeted "fyi….. i am NOT designing for Ed Hardy… JUST 6126 (my line)"
Either way she's got a flop on her hands. Better her own line than someone else's. Again.
