As we said back in March, we think Harris is a great choice, and now we're even more convinced!

Amazing what costumes and make up can do! Just look at Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin! As we said last month…strikingly similar!

Ed Harris To Play John McCain In HBO's Game Change

Earlier this month, we were excited to learn that ~~Tina Fey~~ Julianne Moore had signed on to play Sarah Palin in HBO Films' upcoming adaptation of the best selling book Game Change by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin.

Now, we've learned about another addition to the cast of the film based on the 2008 general election: Ed Harris as John McCain!

This took us a minute to process, but now we're thinking he's a great choice!

We're not sure who else would have been good for this part…unless they could get John McCain to play himself! He's been pret-ty amusing on SNL, so maybe that could have worked? Ha!

We think Ed will do a great job, though. After his performances in films like Gone Baby Gone, A History of Violence, ~~The Rock,~~ and A Beautiful Mind, we're more than confident in his acting abilities.

Miley Cyrus Insists Alcohol Is 'Way More Dangerous' Than Weed! Shares Her New Priorities As An Adult & Artist!

Perhaps Amanda Bynes would have been better off giving Miley Cyrus her bong!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stones magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
