The legal woes just won't end for Lindsay Lohan.
Luckily for her though, a judge in her civil case connected to her 2007 DUI arrest has said that the allegations made against her are "weak."
LiLo's civil attorney, Ed McPherson says that the judge recognized that the young men's claim of "battery" were not that strong, adding:
"For instance, they have a claim for 'battery,' which is what most people would construe as one person punching another person. The judge acknowledged that Lindsay never even touched any of the boys, but that somebody, somewhere, might construe what she did as a 'battery.'"
At least that's one thing going in the girl's favor. The trial is set to begin April 25, 2011.

Considering he's always being sued, of course, it would be an attorney this time!
Prince is being sued by attorney Ed McPherson for $50,000 in unpaid legal services. The lawyer claims to have "performed legal services on [Prince's] behalf in an exemplary manner" in two different cases, but has yet to be paid.
The singer is notorious for screwing people over financially, so it comes as no surprise that McPherson made "countless attempts … to resolve this matter."
Pay up, honey!

Lindsay Lohan's civil lawyer, Ed McPherson, filed papers asking a judge to delay a civil trial pertaining to her drunken cruising/hostage situation on Pacific Coast Highway.
And his reasoning is that she will not get a fair shot with a jury because everyone is so sick of her shiz!
The documents state:
"Every facet of the criminal proceeding and every facet of Ms. Lohan's life … have been reported on TMZ and other media outlets literally on a daily (and sometimes hourly) basis.
There are current widespread public feelings of intense negativity against Ms. Lohan…"
He also cites comments posted on TMZ that say, "I hate her; she should be killed." "She's a drunk, a junkie, a no-talent actress who has no respect for the law." "This bitch needs to be locked up without her drugs and her roommates …"
A little harsh but there's some truth to it!
McPherson is requesting that the civil trial be put on hold until the criminal case is resolved.
Does La Loca deserve ANOTHER break?
