American Pie actor Eddie Kaye Thomas is the latest celebrity to have his house surrounded by a S.W.A.T. team, but unlike some of the others, he was NOT a victim of “swatting!”

Apparently, Finch, aka the guy who got down with Stifler’s mom, was having a good ole' fashioned one night stand with a lucky lady he met at Mel's Diner. Well, things were going okay — until for some reason, they got into an argument and she pulled a knife on him!

Naturally, we expected some shenanigans at the the American Reunion premiere, but it seems this cheeky wardrobe malfunction was an honest mistake!

While readying himself for a red carpet interview, Eddie Kaye Thomas (Finch) hops out of Jason Biggs’ (Jim) way only to have the seat of his suit rip right in front of the camera.

It seems the red carpet is getting extra rowdy these days - first there’s Zac Efron dropping a condom and now the ripping-suit-balls incident.

We can’t WAIT to see American Reunion and all the gross hilarity that we’ve come to know and love from the American Pie franchise!!

Looks like the American Pie reunion is in full swing!

Natasha Lyonne has signed on for the fourth installment, American Reunion, to play sarcastic Jessica along with fellow original cast members Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, Eugene Levy, Tara Reid, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Mena Suvari and Chris Klein.

Hopefully doing another movie won't catapult her into more personal problems!
