Donald Trump Responds To President Obama's Sanction Of Russian Officials: 'It's Time For Our Country To Move On To Bigger & Better Things'

Donald Trump doesn't seemed pleased that President Barack Obama took action.

On Thursday, the Obama Administration stayed true to their word, kicking 35 Russian diplomats out of the US and imposing sanctions on Russia's intelligence groups.

The bold move was an act of retaliation for the country's interference in the 2016 presidential election.

And now, the President-Elect is addressing the current Commander-In-Chief's actions. The businessman issued a short statement, saying:

"It's time for our country to move on to bigger and better things. Nevertheless, in the interest of our country and its great people, I will meet with leaders of the intelligence community next week in order to be updated on the facts of this situation."

Ummmm, we think declaring that it's time to "move on" from this controversy is a pretty hypocritical move, coming from the man who insisted the election was rigged before he ended up winning…

However, it is uncharacteristically refreshing that our country's impending leader actually plans to meet with intelligence officials to discuss the issue.

What do U think, Perezcious readers?!

Donald Trump Took Aim At A Teen Girl On Twitter — Leading To Death & Rape Threats From His Supporters!

no title

This is so incredibly upsetting.

Last year, then-18-year-old Lauren Batchelder questioned the way Donald Trump views gender equality and female reproductive rights during a bipartisan even in New Hampshire.

Afterward, the racist Republican took to Twitter to call her "arrogant."

And in a new interview published on Thursday, the college student admitted that she received a ton of hateful messages — including death and rape threats — following the crybaby candidate's digital tantrum.

The now-19-year-old explained to The Washington Post that she couldn't have anticipated the kind of backlash she received, saying:

Misinformed Trump Supporters Shock CNN Anchor By Defending The President-Elect's Totally False Claim That 'Millions Of People' Voted Illegally

no title

Oh boy.

Remember how Donald Trump FALSELY claimed he only lost the popular vote because millions of people cast their ballots illegally?

Well, even though that ridiculous theory has been debunked already, the President-Elect's supporters are still adamant that he's completely right.

Video: Watch Trevor Noah RIP Conservative Commentator!

Speaking to CNN's Alisyn Camerota, Trump supporter Paula Johnson claimed that millions voted illegally in the state of California, saying:

"Voting is a privilege in this country. And you need to be legal, not like California where 3 million illegals voted."

When the anchor asked Paula where she got this information, she vaguely responded with "the media," and tried to incorrectly accuse CNN of being the culprit.

We aren't sure how Alisyn was able to keep her cool, but she continued to ask just how many illegal ballot-casters Paula thought participated in the election.

She responded by accusing President Barack Obama of encouraging non-citizens to vote, alleging:

This man could have been part of the new regime — now he may just have to lead the revolution.

Bernie Sanders visited Conan O'Brien Tuesday night, and it wasn't to deliver a message of hope.

In the aftermath of the election, the Vermont Senator has noticed Donald Trump tweeting some "insane" things about the results, including claims he won the popular vote if you discount all the "illegal" votes.

Apparently Kanye West 'Was Not Espousing Political Views' When He Said He Would've Voted For Donald Trump… Are You Buying It?!

no title

Ummmmm…

Remember how Kanye West got booed after he revealed mid-concert that he would have voted for Donald Trump if he had participated in this year's presidential election?!

Well, now a source is saying the 39-year-old's controversial confession — which was also accompanied by rants about racism, women's rights, and other social issues — didn't actually reflect his political views.

Wait. What? He literally said:

"If I were to have voted, I would have voted for Trump."

However, the insider insists the rapper was NOT expressing his political beliefs in the disappointing tirade, telling People:

"[Kanye]'s basically saying everyone has a right to their opinion and it's important to have a dialogue about it. He was not espousing political views."

Yeah. We're not sure how that can be possible, considering he literally said he would have cast his ballot for the racist Republican…

But the confidante continued to say Ye's declaration was actually a statement about equality, saying:

"It was strictly an egalitarian message. He was saying 'Hey, let's have a dialogue where everyone's opinion is respected.'"

Uhhh okay….

What are UR thoughts on Yeezy's excuse?! Sound off in our poll (below)!

Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui Comes Out As Bisexual In Powerful Open Letter To Donald Trump Supporters!

no title

We are so proud of Lauren Jauregui.

On Friday, Billboard published an open letter from the Fifth Harmony singer, directed towards "every single Trump supporter trying to say that voting for Trump does not mean that you are racist, homophobic, sexist, xenophobic, assholes."

Related: Lauren Takes A Break From Twitter

The performer slammed Donald Trump voters who claim they aren't bigoted, or allege they disagree with his racist rhetoric.

The 20-year-old rightfully called out those contradictory supporters, and appropriately accused them of allowing the horrifyingly f*cked up social mindset inspired by Trump's America to run rampant, writing:

"Your words are worthless, because your actions have led to the single-handed destruction of all the progress we've made socially as a nation. You have, with your pure ignorance and refusal to understand the way the government and the world works, allowed a power-hungry business tycoon to take over the United States of America. … You are HYPOCRITES."

We couldn't agree more.

In fact, the brunette beauty even revealed she's a part of the LGBT community — whose physical safety and human rights are in jeopardy — by coming out as bisexual, adding:

Study Shows Fake Election Stories Were Shared More On Facebook Than REAL News Coverage During The 2016 Race…

no title

Looks like Mark Zuckerberg dropped the ball on this one…

BuzzFeed News recently conducted a study that revealed completely FALSE news stories actually performed better on Facebook — through shares, reactions and comments — than those from legitimate sources during the 2016 presidential race.

According to the site's analysis, 20 of the top-performing fictional articles from hoax outlets and super skewed blogs racked up a combined total of over 8.7 million shares, comments, and reactions in the last three months before the election.

Meanwhile, 20 of the top-performing stories from 19 major news websites — including New York Times, Washington Post, Huffington Post, and NBC News — only earned about 7.3 million shares, reactions, and comments.

That's kind of messed up, to be honest.

In fact, Darmouth College political science professor Brendan Nyhan agrees, telling BuzzFeed:

"I'm troubled that Facebook is doing so little to combat fake news. Even if they did not swing the election, the evidence is clear that bogus stories have incredible reach on the network. Facebook should be fighting misinformation, not amplifying it."

What's also upsetting about this, is that 17 of the 20 best-performing fake stories were either pro-Donald Trump or anti-Hillary Clinton.

While we know we can't assume Hill lost the election because Facebook was allowing fake news stories to go viral, it is fair to point out that some people can be heavily influenced by stories shared on social media, whether they're real or not.

Not to mention,
