They certainly are sparing no expense ensuring that the cast of the second installment of The Amazing Spider-Man franchise is just as talented — AND A-LIST — as the first, aren't they?!

With production of the Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone-starring, web-slinging super-hero extravaganza expected to start production as early as February, we've already gotten word that Shailene Woodley is kicking Kirsten Dunst to the curb and taking on Mary-Jane Watson duties, as Dane DeHaan is doing to James Franco for Harry Osborn, while Jamie Foxx has suited up as Electro!

Well, according to the latest casting buzz, it looks as though the Django Unchained star will not be the sole villian this time around, as Paul Giamatti is said to be in talks to take on the role of the equal parts iconic and nefarious Rhino… and apparently, this is a bit of dream come true for him!
