***WARNING: DISTURBING CONTENT***

He was already ranked as the worst U.S. president ever in a Presidents' Day survey, but Donald Trump won't be happy until he's batting a thousand.

You may recall last year Trump's Secretary of State, Ryan Zinke, was planning on reversing the Obama administration ban on bringing big game trophies back from Africa into the United States.

Trump Administration Reverses Ban On Importing 'Trophies' Of Elephants Killed In Africa — & Claims Doing So Will Help Preserve The Species

Donald Trump is making Africa great again… for rich American hunters.

The president is reversing the Obama administration ban on bringing the heads of elephants killed in two African countries back into the United States.

If that's not infuriating enough, the administration is claiming allowing imports of parts of elephants (called trophies) will actually save the species. Why? Because locals will apparently become more incentivized to conserve the animals.

So, if elephants go extinct, we know to blame the careless people of Africa and NOT those who hunted the elephants down.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service said it determined that hunting African elephants in Zimbabwe and Zambia will "enhance the survival of the species," adding in a statement:

Look how happy he is simply to be swimming around!

If you've never heard of Kaavan the Elephant, then you're probably blissfully unaware that the 32-year-old Asian elephant has spent nearly all of the past 30 years locked in chains at the Murghazar Zoo in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Animal rights activists only just started fighting for Kaavan's freedom in 2015 after an American tourist in Pakistan learned about his captivity… but we're happy to say he'll no longer be living in pain.

Kaavan's chains were initially removed in September of 2015 when tourist Samar Khan first started the petition, and she spoke to The Dodo about the AH-Mazing news on Monday, saying:
