When you're fifty and you look like you're in your twenties, you must be doing something right!
In a recent interview, Elizabeth Hurley opened up about how she maintains an incredibly toned and svelte body despite aging.
Obviously, we were very interested in what Hurley had to say — after taking in all of her sexy bikini pics on Instagram, we figure she must be doing something right!

As for how she stays fit, the mother explained:
"I have to be careful because I am 50. I always watch what I eat, but I eat plenty of food. I don't do all that green juice, I don't do any of that…powders, I don't really take vitamins. I try not to eat too much for dinner."
Hmm, a light meal for dinner does make sense. Many health gurus point out that it takes longer to digest food in the evening hours which leads to weight gain.
Well, as long as E.H. is taking a healthy approach to fitness, that's all that matters!
We just wonder if Hugh Grant regrets letting his relationship to the sexy actress fall apart. We know we would!
