The Scandalous actress celebrated her first major mag cover at a fete thrown by Elle and TOD'S in NYC on Wednesday night.

Kerry looked picture perfect in a pinkish-mocha Lanvin dress with large bow accent, croc Louboutins, and TOD'S clutch and jewels.

The luxeness of this look practically jumps off the screen!

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth seem to be taking a breather from their soon-to-be committed forever (until potential divorce) relationship; while Miley says she's pushing everything aside to focus on her forthcoming album, Liam seems to be working on his fitness…

But WHY did the pair even get engaged in the first place? Especially since they are both STILL so young!

Well, the former Disney starlet dished on her engagement to the Hunger Games hottie in Elle UK's upcoming issue, and it seems the reason for saying "yes" and wearing the ring is a LOT less romantic than you might think!

Alicia Keys is very animated on the cover of Elle's Women In Music issue.

After the somber and beautiful Adele and the aristocratic Rita Ora covers, this vivacious photo of the Girl on Fire is a nice way to cap things off!

The singer wears a bright red Jean Paul Gaultier wool dress with lipstick to match, and while we're not sure if there's a spread to accompany this fun photo, we'd LOVE to see Alicia vamping it up in some seksi outfits!

Elle's Women In Music issue is giving us so much life!

First we had that GORGEOUS Adele cover, and now we've been gifted with some supreme ferocity courtesy of Rita Ora!

The singer appears on two separate covers for the mag's May issue, wearing a pink Chanel Haute Couture dress on the first one and rocking a crazy-cool headpiece by Ken O’Rourke.

For the second cover, the 22-year-old channels Mickey Mouse in a Calvin Klein strapless top and Philip Treacy mouse ears.

Britney Spears totally loves Adele and she's making her love PUBLIC.

The queen of pop has published an open letter the Grammy, Golden Globe, AND Oscar winner in the latest issue of Elle Magazine praising the new mama for her obvious talent.

“Her voice is just not like any other voice out there. It draws the emotion out of you. A lot of her songs kind of put me in a trance. We were both at the VMAs, and they were like, ‘Do you want to meet Adele?’ And I was like, ‘Um, yes!’ She was even better than I imagined, in person – she’s so incredibly down-to-earth. You can tell she hasn’t gotten caught up in that pop music machine thing – which is easy to get caught in – and she hasn’t just listened to what executives were telling her to do. All of her stuff is hers, and that’s really amazing.”

This is true, but you BOTH are icons.

What we would've done to have been a fly on the wall when these musical dreams met!

Thanks to amazing genes and some soft backlighting, Adele glows on the May cover of Elle magazine.

The Oscar winner plays up the romance for the Women In Music issue in a black lace dress and low ponytail, her dark, smoky eyes emitting a smoldering gaze.

Another shot finds her staring wistfully at a vintage-looking microphone, possibly getting ready to belt out a pitch-perfect note.

We're really feeling this story!

It makes us wanna grab a table at a smoke-filled jazz club and listen to velvet-voiced crooners all night!
