Elliott Neese is the captain of the Ramblin' Rose on Discovery's Deadliest Catch.

Apparently he has been on bad terms with his baby mama for a while now and she's beginning to fear for her safety.

Elliott has apparently been drinking a lot, possibly using drugs and has been harassing her through the phone.

Recently, he called her 38 times and sent 15 texts in less than an hour when she refused to talk to him.

He had only a month earlier done the same thing but with 54 phone calls.

He has apparently smashed her belongings in the past and actually attacked her back in 2006.

A judge feels that this more than warrants a temporary restraining order, which bans him from calling her or contacting her at all.

Elliott couldn't be reached for comment because he's out fishing.
