Anyone else having a baby today? You ready yet, Jessica????? LOLz!

Today was QUITE the day for babies in Hollywood, and we reported on a bunch of births on Perezitos.com!

First, we learned that Suburgatory/Clueless star Jeremy Sisto and his wifey Addie Lane had their first son together! They should SO name him Elton! Ha!

Then, we learned the Dawson-tastic news that James Van Der Beek and his wife Kimberly Brook welcomed their second child into the world on Tuesday! Their baby was also a boy! Cute!

We ALSO heard the exciting news that A Knight's Tale star Shannyn Sossamon had her second son, and she named him Audio Science 2 Mortimer.

Finally, we were SUPER stoked to hear that Superman Returns star Brandon Routh and wife Courtney Ford are officially expecting their first child! SUPERBOY!!!!!

Congratulations to all the celebs with newborn babies, and to everyone who's expecting! And yes, we're talking to U, Jessica Simpson!

We ADORE seeing the two of them back together!

As we've reported, Alicia Silverstone and her Clueless co-star, Jeremy Sisto, have reunited for the latter's new comedy Suburgatory, as she's guest-starring in the season's final four episodes, and the two were snapped on set together recently by creator Emily Kapnek!

Elton John, who was a close friend to Elizabeth Taylor, is mourning the passing of the Hollywood icon.

He says:

"We have just lost a Hollywood giant. More importantly, we have lost an incredible human being."

So true, Elton, so true.

The two had been long time partners in AIDs related activism. Such important work, so caring!

She will be missed, and our thoughts continue to support her family and friends during this time.

Not only do we love love love both of these performers, but we think they'll prove to have amazing episodes of SNL!

We let you guys know earlier that Elton would be hosting, and now we hear that Helen Mirren is also slated to host the long-time running sketch comedy show in April, the week after him!

Elton's got April 1st and will also be the musical guest with Leon Russel, and Helen landed April 9th alongside the Foo Fighters.

We bet Helen Mirren is the biggest Foo Fighters fan! LOLz!

Both are in their 60's and it'll be their rookie time hosting!

We had such a magical evening at Sir Elton John's Neuro-sponsored Oscar party on Sunday night!

It dizzies us to even attempt to describe the evening!

But, what is most important to share with you Perezcious little gangsters is that all moneys raised from Elton and his husband David Furnish's party go to the Elton John AIDS Foundation, which has done SO MUCH good for over 15 years now!

Poppa Elton is always so kind and amazing and the ultimate host! We had the bestest bestest time at his party!

Seated at our table was Anthony Keidis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Joaquin Phoenix, who looked great clean-shaven, as well as the gorgeous and generous and truly special Diana Jenkins, CEO of Neuro drinks, plus several power gays we had the pleasure of meeting. We had a great time chatting with Anthony about music, our mutual love of French singer Soko, and the state of the record business.

Nicole Richie came by and joined us for a brief debate on Uffie vs Ke$ha, and we got to chat with her for a while about her life and our life and how we've both changed and grown since we first met close to six years ago.

Hayden Panettiere kept circling our table like a hawk and giving us the evil eye, but we thankfully managed to avoid her.

None other than Miley Cyrus came over to say hello and she excitedly told us about her new album - which is going to be more pop and less rock than her first few Disney albums (yay)! The Hannah Montana star was with her hot Australian boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, though she had previously said she would be leaving him at home and doing the Oscar rounds with her mom!

Posh herself, Victoria Beckham, said hello (we're still pinching ourselves that so many celebrities came to say hello to us and not the other way around) and it was great to catch up with her.

Vicky B. was seated with Heidi Klum, whom we got to chat with and - prior to last night - had never met before!

We also met for the first time Glee's Lea Michele, who was with one of our imaginary boyfriends, Jonathan Groff.

Speaking of imaginary boyfriends, we spent a good chunk of the evening chatting with True Blood hottie Ryan Kwanten.

Swoon!!!!!

Johnny Weir was one of the celebs most in demand at the party, and he spent a lot of time chatting up Miz Kelly Osbourne.

Kelly's mom, Sharon, was a delight - as always - as was X Factor judge Louis Walsh. And you bet he and Perezzers chatted about Cheryl Cole and… Jedward!

In addition to all the above, we got to share some giggles and shoot the shit with Jason Mraz, Josh Groban, Katie Price, Kimora Lee Simmons, Kathy Griffin, Matthew Morrison, Debi Mazar, Andre Leon Talley, Lance Bass, Brian Atwood, Stephen Cojocaru, RuPaul, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Niecy Nash, Nancy O'Dell, Maria Menounos, Stacey Dash, Phllip Treacy, Ricki Lake, Adam Levine, Pauly Shore, Phillip Bloch, Lydia & Patty Hearst and more.

It truly was one of the best nights of our whole life!
