No one wants ginger kidz!?
The largest sperm bank in the world is saying "Thanks, but no thanks" to redheaded sperm donors.
According to the bank's director Ole Schou:
"There are too many redheads in relation to demand. I do not think you chose a redhead, unless the partner - for example, the sterile male - has red hair, or because the lone woman has a preference for redheads. And that's perhaps not so many, especially in the latter case."
HA! Sounds like someone (a certain bank director) doesn't like gingers!
Personally we don't get it. With hawties like Emma Stone and Alyson Hannigan you'd think people would be dying to have redhead children!
Maybe potential parents are worried their beautiful ginger kid to get teased at school. Sure a plain looking kid get's teased less — but a plain looking kid doesn't get cast as Annie in the school play!
There are also many superstitions associated with redheaded people and most state that they are in some way unlucky — some say Judas Escariot was a ginger…. and there's also that pesky Lindsay Lohan girl.
Perhaps this is all the work of Southpark's most influential resident Eric Cartman who believes that ginger kids have a condition called Gingervitus… and they have no soul.
The only legitimate reason we can think for not wanting a redhead is pictured above. LOL!
