When Christina Pagliarolo agreed to be on a Rachael Ray Show segment about overweight teens, she expected some physical activity and interviews, but she claims she didn't expect to be brutalized by a physical trainer!

Christina weighed in at 260 lbs at the time, and the lawsuit says the trainer made her run 'like Forrest Gump,' screamed at her, and made her hike in the mountains! Not only that, but she claims she was put on a StairMaster and they kept boosting the speed until she flew off the machine!

Then they YELLED at her for falling!

That's gotta hurt!

After being slapped at Zac Posen’s show, fashion publicist Lynn Tesoro has slapped back, in the most legal way possible.

Not only is Jennifer Eymere being sued for $1 million, but her, her sister Vanessa Bellugeon and mom, Marie-Jose Susskind-Jalou have all been charged with "assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, slander and/or libel."

Sounds serious!

Eymere wouldn’t comment, probably because she was reached by phone, and a snappy response just isn’t the same as a slappy one.

We can’t wait to see how this one plays out!

It was a dark day at Disney when their star, Demi Lovato, checked herself into rehab for cutting and an eating disorder.

But since her release in January, Demi has been doing GREAT on the road to recovery, and now she wants to open up about her lowest days.

On the eating disorder:

My family has known I've had issues with food and eating for about six years now. I was able to check in with them but it got to a point where I just was lying about eating and about being happy. There’s a lot of pressure these days. I feel like I live in a city where no woman eats!

Shame on you, ShamWow Guy!

Vince Schlomi, the ShamWow spokesman, is being sued by his former personal assistant Jennifer Kosinski, who claims that he wanted her to be his "love slave."

Kosinski is suing Schlomi for civil battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and she is seeking unpaid wages.

She alleges that he tried to buy her "eggs" for 20K, and that he also tried to pay her for sex to sleep beside him in bed.

Kosinski ALSO claims that Schlomi did the following:

-Stalked her ex-bf

-spied on her with binoculars while she was on a beach in Florida

-Tried to stop her from visiting a cancer-stricken relative

Just when we thought it was almost over.

Oksana Grigorieva and her lawyer Daniel Horowitz are sticking with their plan to sue Mel Gibson in a civil lawsuit.

When asked if Mel's no contest plea might have changed their minds, Horowitz said, "Our position hasn't changed." They will claim battery, emotional distress and defamation.

Unfortunately for Oksana, Mel's no contest plea in their criminal case will not help her in a civil lawsuit since Mel did not admit to guilt.

This just seems really unnecessary. But now it seems that Oksana really is looking for some sort of monetary compensation.

Ugh.

Way back in March 2009, Rock of Love Charm School contestant Megan Hauserman planned on filing a lawsuit against Sharon Osbourne for battery, negligence, and infliction of emotional distress.

Last week, jury selection had finally begun for the trial, and it looked like neither party was willing to settle.

NOW, it looks like the two were in fact able to reach a settlement on Sunday, but both parties have refused to discuss.

We're glad to hear these two were able to finally work everything out!
