More details are emerging surrounding the Empire State Building shooting that occurred Friday morning in Manhattan.

We now know that two are dead (including the suspect) and at least eight are injured.

In the video above, the scene of the shooting is captured from a helicopter flying overhead. (NOTE: This is not a video of the actual attack.) And as we reported earlier, the streets are now closed 5th Avenue and 34th Street.

The gunman was said to be a disgruntled employee of the building, and now there are more reports coming forward that suggest the suspect's anger was caused by a co-worker dispute.

So far, there is no link to terrorism.

Oh No!! Another absolutely horrific shooting…. this is just awful!!

Ten people have reportedly been shot Friday morning in front of the Empire State Building in New York City.

Authorities rushed the building around 9am after the gunshots were heard. And that's when the suspect was shot and killed by the police, according to the NYPD.

Few details are known right now but one of the witnesses says they saw the gunman run up to a victim and shoot him in the head before an unarmed guard chased him away. Another witness says the gunman was "shooting indiscriminately at people."

Many believe the gunman to have been a disgruntled building employee.

Several ambulances are on the scene now with streets closed around 5th Avenue and 34th Street.

We can't believe this. We just can't. Our thoughts are with everyone involved.

Heidi Klum & Coty took over the Empire State Building on Thursday to promote blood cancer awareness.

The stunning supermogul showed off her famous legs 1,200 feet above New York City in a tight polka dot dress and snakeskin Christian Louboutin heels.

When she wasn't playfully posing for photographers Heidi made sure to plug the great cause on Twitter:

"What a beautiful view of New York City from the top of the Empire State Building!! 'Lighting the Empire State Building red in honor of DKMS. #FightBloodCancer"

In preparation for the upcoming epic Super Bowl rematch between the New York Giants and the New England Patriots, former Giant David Tyree assisted in lighting the Empire State Building in Giant blue last Friday.

In case you forgot, Tyree caught the catch of the game that propelled his team to beat the favored Patriots in 2008. Oh, and he's very open about NOT supporting gay marriage, but nobody's perfect!

He struck a pose on the top of the massive skyscraper that mimicked his unlikely helmet catch in Super Bowl XLII.

U guys think the Giants can take another NFL championship away from the Patriots?

John Leguizamo and Ric O'Barry will light the Empire State building bright red in honor of the dolphins of the cove.

Ric O'Barry was the man who caught and trained several dolhpins to play Flipper on the old tv show. He soon after turned into one of the biggest activists for dolphins.
