Diddy can now Diddy Bop all the way to the bank!!!

Last Wednesday, a judge thew out a lawsuit that focused on the hip-hop mogul's women's fragrance, Empress, over claims that he snatched up a trademark from Empress Haircare Products.

Diddy and Kelly Rowland drew a nice sized crowd at Macy's in Lakewood, California on Thursday night.

The two made an in-store appearance to launch his new female fragrance Empress, which Kelly is the face of.
