Kirstie Alley knows a thing or two about dieting and exercising.
A former yo-yo dieter, she has finally really leveled out and found a system that works for her.
It's not all about some number on a scale for her!
"I’m really happy, and that’s sort of the biggest key. What I’ve discovered is energy is the most important thing to me. I want to have a lot of energy and be very strong and be able to do anything I want to do. That makes me happier. I need to be at a certain weight to do that and I need to be on the lean side."
So she wants to be happy and have energy in her everyday life, and being fit is key!
Now she eats an all organic diet and can feel the difference, saying:
"I did a lot of research and found our food is laced with chemicals, hormones, antibiotics. That just didn’t exist before. [Our food] is laced with GMOs, which are proven not to digest well and create food allergies."
So she's happy and healthy all from eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly!
It's the secret we've all known all along!
Lookin' good there, Kirstie!

Ever wonder how much energy the perky Amy Poehler must have had when she was a kid?
Look no further than her cute little son Archie Arnett!
The Parks And Recreation star could barely keep up as Archie zipped all around her.
The ball of energy shot around the sidewalk while Mommy Amy held on tight! Look at that jump! Kid's getting some air!
We're pretty sure Archie is made of rubber! Oh wait, does that mean we're glue?

A lot of people forget this, but Mike Tyson is a convicted rapist.
They love him because he's goofy and seemingly light-hearted in person — they think he's hilarious in The Hangover. Here, we cautiously find him fascinating, but we haven't forgotten his legal woes either.
It's those legal woes (and three years in jail) that make some other people out there want three major supermarkets to pull his energy drink from their shelves, because if you mix his background with the phrase "sex energy," it really IS kinda gross.
Eating lots of vegetables is important for a Fit lifestyle! Start adding them to the most important meal of the day for an extra boost of energy and to kickstart your metabolism.
The easiest way is to have an assortment of vegetables prepared and ready to go! I like to peel and cube different squash (like butternut, acorn or kabocha) or mild roots (golden beets, parsnips or turnips) and bake in the oven until soft (400 degrees for 30-40 minutes). Store in the fridge until ready to use! If I want a sweet breakfast, I'll reheat the veggies, and garnish with chopped nuts, spice (like cinnamon, cardamon or nutmeg) greek yogurt and a drizzle of agave.
Want something savory? Try adding grated cheese, bacon bits and green onions! The possibilities are endless, nutritious and delicious!
Do you know what a polar bear plunge is?
If you thought about it, you could guess: it's when you jump into freezing cold water for the hell of it. The question is, though, whether or not it's good for you!
Vinny Guadagnino has done the Coney Island Polar Bear Club's 110th New Year's Day Swim twice now. Here's what he says:
"You get a rush when you're there because there are so many people doing it. It's definitely like a shot of adrenaline… It doesn't affect you that much — you just have to go in, and do it, and jump back out… Afterward, as soon as I get out, I have a towel waiting for me, and I dry off quickly. That's it — and then, I just chill."
BUT IS IT GOOD FOR YOU??
It's New Year's Eve tonight!!
There are gonna be so many parties, and that usually means a whole lot of drinking.
So, thinking about chugging several Red Bull vodkas so you can power through your party and make it well past midnight??
Maybe that's not such a good idea…
