The pop sensation has turned out to be a more than competent judge on this season of The X Factor, but despite proving her critics wrong, new reports are surfacing that claim that due to concern from the reality competition's producers regarding the upcoming live shows, they are requesting that FOX add an additional time delay to the already behind live feed!

It seems like everyone is grieving over the loss of the truly remarkable disco queen, Donna Summer, who passed away this morning.

Her family recently released a statement and friends, as well as fans, have been taking to social media to express their sadness over the loss of a legend.

Throughout her career, Donna had many hit songs, one notably being her duet with Barbra Streisand. The two songbirds came together in 1979 to record the empowering hit record, No More Tears (Enough Is Enough).

In an official statement, Streisand says:

Miley Cyrus Insists Alcohol Is 'Way More Dangerous' Than Weed! Shares Her New Priorities As An Adult & Artist!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
