Lions Cubs Co-Parented By Entire Pride Of Big Cats!

Lion cubs at zoo basel are parented by the entire pride!

Zoo Basel has lion cubs and they're so cute we're about to quit everything and go run away to live in their lion enclosure.

There are four young, male lion cubs running around the zoo because two of the zoo's female lions, Okoa and Uma each gave birth to two cubs.

The babies were born only four days apart. Zoo officials will eventually need to DNA test the cubs and mamas to figure out whose baby is whose.

What's nice to see is that the cubs are all raised together by the females of the pride, just like in the wild.

The cubs' father (just one father) Mbali, has actually stayed in the picture, even though the males are normally removed from the nurturing environment.

He must be a total sweetheart! No danger is posed to his babies.

These lil' cubbies are part of the European Endangered Species Programme and so they're super important to creating sustainable lion populations!

So great, so cute, so totes amazeballs! Go lions, go!!

Did Lea Michele's Letter Push NY's Governor To Crack Down On Puppy Mills??

Lea Michele introduces her new pooch named Pearl in a sexy photoshoot

New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo has got the right idea!

The governor signed a bill that will allow local municipalities to enact and enforce their own laws regarding commercial dog breeding facilities, aka puppy mills.

The law not only allows them to regulate themselves, but also makes it easier to crack down harder on breeders than ever before in New York, which now means that pet dealers will be able to oversee how the pups are raised as far as health and safety conditions are concerned.

Local governments can even require that pet shops only sell dogs raised in a healthy, safe environment, basically denying puppy mills the ability to sell dogs.

The bill was supported not only by the Humane Society of the United States but also Lea Michele!!

Lea had literally written NY's governor a letter only a few days before he signed the new bill, writing:

Gillian Anderson is no stranger to scary, slimy creatures… we can all thank her X-Files training for that.

So when she wanted to do something for charity that involved her taking off her clothes and draping a scary eel over her shoulders, she was able to handle her bidniz.

Gillian got all sorts of topless, only barely covering her boobs with the gross eel, her hair looking blonde and amazeballs.

The 45-year-old actress is certainly in some pretty damn impressive shape!

OD is a 320-pound, 50-year-old sea turtle.

He was rescued from the Florida Keys in 2008 after he got sick.

Now, he's finally moved to his forever home!

After literally being FedEx'd to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, he's now finally settling into the hotel's 1.3-million-gallon Shipwreck Exhibit.

That sounds like a HUGE tank! He's joining two other green sea turtles, sharks, rays, fish and more! 22 other species in all!!

That's ahmazying!

The aquarium's director said:

"Shark Reef Aquarium guests can visit OD while learning about the turtle's wild habitat and the impacts humans have on endangered green sea turtles. We are honored to offer OD a permanent home and are committed to creating an enriching environment for his continued health."

So not only will OD be all sorts of healthy, he'll help people learn about conservation.

That's double great!! Way to go, Mandalay Bay!
