Forget the game, can we pet the horse?

America's Most Wanted host John Walsh was spotted trotting along at the AMG Miami Beach Polo World Cup Friday.

Walsh later discribed the sport saying:

"It's a real equestrian discipline. I think you have to have the power and the passion. It is a high adrenaline sport. It is exciting and it is somewhat dangerous."

Walsh adds it is not sport just for the elite.

"Anybody can play polo — I think you just have to have the desire and the passion. It is exciting."

Katie Price attended the 7th Berenberg Snow-Polo event in Klosters, Switzerland this past weekend.

She posed with riders and on horseback at the KP Equestrian photocall.

Britain's Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, posed with a puppet from the theatre production of War Horse while at The London International Horse Show in London yesterday.

The horse show is London's annual premiere equestrian event, which also holds events for dogs as well.

The theatre production War Horse is an adaptation of a novel by Nick Stafford revolving around a young boy and his horse at the outbreak of World War I, which is also currently being produced by director Steven Spielberg for the big screen.

We can't wait to see all three of these events one day! Wouldn't mind meeting the Duchess of Cornwall either.

Katherine Heigl is unsure of whether she wants to pursue her equestrian career after getting injured during horseback riding at her Utah ranch.

She had decided to start competitive horse training at this ranch she has, however she admits that she is very nervous to get back into the saddle after the fall where she split her knee open! Owch!

She admits that she really doesn’t know what she is doing, and doesn’t blame the horse at all. She lost control and she just couldn’t stop him!

He was running into the walls and I just leaped off of him into these iron bars and I stood there bleeding watching him go berserk

Katherine believes that she was lucky she jumped off when she did, since all she ended up with was a injured knee! "I split my fingernail open and cut my knee, it wasn't that bad. I didn't break anything."

Well thats good to hear! You be careful girl!!

Elle Decor has given us a glimpse in to 1920s estate of designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka, which is located in Kentucky horse country.

The limestone-and-clapboard Dutch Colonial Revival house sits on 15 rolling acres and has state-of-the-art equestrian facilities. The interior even has a design scheme to match, titled Moon Stone Farm.

Amazing.

Gwyneth Paltrow has a problem: she hates horses and her daughter Apple loves them.

The solution? Get friend and horse-enthusiast Stella McCartney to help out with Apple’s equestrian fixation!

"Apple's ­gorgeous and really good on horseback," said McCartney. "Better than that, I've turned her vegetarian."

Gwyneth likes to joke around that Apple is actually Stella’s child.

"Apple has turned into quite an equestrian and as I can't bear horses or riding Stella takes her out. I sent Stella a picture of Apple having a riding lesson wearing a PETA T-shirt and said, 'She's your child!' They have really bonded."

So cute!
