We knew there was something shady about all of this shiz!
Katherine Jackson has teamed with bussinessman Howard Mann to publish coffee table book Never Can Say Goodbye, which will feature personal information and family photos of Michael, and is set to be released on the anniversary of his death.
Well, apparently we weren't alone when we thought this was all in pretty poor taste - the Jackson estate lawyer Howard Weitzman is NOT happy about it either, and thinks that Mann "may be using his relationship with Mrs. Jackson to infringe upon Michael Jackson's copyrights … to the detriment of, among others, Michael's 3 kids."
He also is ready to take "whatever action is necessary to prevent him from unlawfully profiting."
Mann apparently also is behind making record deals for 273 unreleased tracks from the King of Pop, all of which he acquired in a fire sale after Joe Jackson didn't pay for the storage space!
This guy sounds awful!
We hope someone will intervene and keep Katherine away from this slime ball before he exploits her family more!
