His enduring passion and elegant honesty earned him the respect of colleagues and filmmakers alike — even those he occasionally skewered in a bad review!!

And absolutely no one is surprised that Hollywood's biggest names are already showering the man who passed just hours ago with beautiful and well-deserved eulogies.

Kevin Costner wants to honor his co-star's memory.

The actor will speak at Whitney Houston's funeral Saturday, joining Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder on the list of those to honor the singer.

The two co-starred in Whitney's highest grossing film, The Bodyguard. Whitney also performed I Will Always Love You in the film as well.

Three days after losing her battle with breast cancer, Elizabeth Edwards was laid to rest Saturday at a North Carolina church.

John Edwards and their three children were joined by more than 1,200 mourners at the funeral service. Their oldest daughter Cate delivered the eulogy to her mother, saying:

"She has been a light house to all of us. She's always been that source of light to us. Every lesson she has taught us has become part of our ethic."

She was such a brave woman. May she rest in peace.
