The divorce between model Stephanie Seymour and ex-husband Peter Brant seems to get worse every time they go to court.
In this weeks courtroom battle Stephanie is going after the private investigator hired by her ex claiming he's coming up with lies that will "harass and defame" her.
Her lawyer wrote in the newly filed court papers:
"It is [Seymour's] position that the nature and scope of said surveillance was improper, entailed fabricated allegations, was calculated to harass and defame [her] and that such improper conduct may have been suborned by Mr. Brant, and therefore speaks to his character and fitness."
What the lies were, we don't know. But if Stephanie gets the PI questioned in court, we're sure we'll find out before too long.
"Why would anyone want to buy a weddingdress from someone who has failed at marriage four times? That would be like choosing the 1976 winless tampa bay bucaneeers as your ultimate fantasy football team. That would be like taking investment tips from Bernie Madoff! I suggest that anyone who buys that dress and wants to have a happy marriage, burn it immediately!"
Wow. Sounds like someone still has some lingering issues to sort out.
But really, who cares? The dress is being auctioned off for charity!
