Is Britney Engaged To Jason?!

Awww! How romantic!

We mean, it is if it's actually true!

Reports are suggesting that Britney Spears and her beau, Jason Trawick, have secretly gotten engaged, and the singer's former manager proposed to her by filling the floor of their home with roses, candles, reading her a poem he wrote himself, and then presenting her with a flower-shaped diamond ring!

An insider reveals:

"Britney's desperate to settle down again and have more children. But she is very traditional and didn't want to start a family with Jason until they'd tied the knot. She's on cloud nine."

Wowza!

They've certainly been together for a while, so we wouldn't be surprised if these two were ready to take the next step

HOWEVER, given the amount of false information about her out there, we're hesitant to believe this 100%!

If it is true, then congratulations, gurl! We just want to see you happy!

What do U think?? Are these two engaged??

Joan Rivers Gets Sued By Meanie Ex-Manager

Joan Rivers has always been one to dish it out, but can she take it?

A bitter ex-manager is suing Joan, claiming he was never paid for resurrecting her career. The guy, Billy Sammeth, says he was stiffed out of $179k even though he gave life to her "dormant career" by helping her get on Celebrity Apprentice and starring in her documentary, Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work.

And here is where the bitterness comes in. Billy also claims in his lawsuit that the documentary about Joan's life defamed him by making him appear to be a "disappeared" manager, whatever that means. Billy says he was humiliated and clearly, only money will ease the pain. So, he is suing both Joan and the production company for at least $2.2 million.

Good luck with that, buddy! A rep for Joan has already come forward on behalf of his client to say Joan is"confident that the judicial system will dispose of Mr. Sammeth's lawsuit in the appropriate manner."

We bet that was translated out of a slew of profanities and middle fingers on Joan's part!
