According to Jeremy London, there's no need to surrender to the police.

As we reported yesterday, the actor's ex-wife Melissa Cunningham called 911, claiming that he had "inflicted an injury on her" during an argument over their son's custody.

He was considered to be "on the run" after the Palm Springs police determined that he had committed a felony.

His rep has since denied the allegations, saying:

Matthew Nelson, from the ‘90s hairband Nelson, just had his divorce finalized.

In it, he lost his pets to his ex-wife.

She is taking their 2 dogs and their cat, as well as a Porsche, clothes, jewels and cash.

He is getting to keep his BMW, a Lotus, his guitars, an upright piano, and, most importantly, the publishing rights to his music.

Billy Joel's new memoir The Book of Joel was mysteriously stopped from hitting the presses and insiders think that Joel's ex-wife Katie Lee was to blame.

The book allegedly depicted her as a spoiled woman who lived the rock star life and was hoping to find fame herself. When Lee got a copy of the manuscript, she was NOT happy and fought to stop the book from getting published.

Another source, however, got an advanced copy as well and says that Joel actually paints Lee in a good light and even includes passages in which Lee speaks in her own voice.

Fred Schruers, who co-wrote the book with Joel declined to comment on the matter, but his spokeswoman did say that she "had nothing to do with the book's cancellation."

Hmm…

At the same time, Katie also has a book that just recently came out, named Groundswell, which is a fiction novel about a young woman recently divorced from a superstar actor.

Sounds like she may have something to do with the delay of Joel's novel, but who knows.

Looks like someone's got a thing for the taller ladies!

Last we heard from Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley, we were pleased to see how well he was getting along with his ex-wife Avril Lavigne.

While the two have remained close friends, it appears that Deryck has moved on romantically, as the singer was spotted holding hands with his new lady friend (above) while headed to El Lay's Roosevelt Hotel last night.

We want to hear more about the new lady, Deryck! Give us some deets!
