Winter is here, which means we can feast on Christmas cookies and eggnog and simply write it off as hibernation during the cold months.

But looming in the back of our minds is the thought of the springtime season when we have to get in shape after a season of gorging hibernating!

Luckily, the creator of the popular P90X workout series Tony Horton has a new military-style workout to help shed the holiday pounds!

22 Minute Hard Corps (ugh, even the name sounds intense) centers on workouts that promise to be just as extreme as his hourlong P90X workouts, but are less than half as long!

Speaking at We Are Fitness' L.A. event on Wednesday, Horton said:

"There's three cardio routines, three resistance routines, and then there's four ‘special ops' routines, which are more advanced. It's kind of relentless. We go from move to move to move. Some are purely cardio-based, some are purely resistance-based. We're using the human body, Mother Earth and applying the law of gravity in an eight-week boot camp style routine."

Yikes! We're sweating just thinking about it!

While noting the workouts are shorted, the 57-year-old fitness guru assures that users will get great results, adding:

"The results are close to P90X because of the sequencing of the exercises, because of the relentlessness of it, but also because we build a platform over the course of the eight weeks. We don't beat the crap out of you the first week – it's introducing the movements, and then as it progresses, you're working harder and burning more calories, even though the workouts still remain 22 minutes."

Despite how intimidating it sounds, Horton promises that 22 Minute Hard Corps can be done by people of any age and fitness level!

He explained:

"I'm the modifier, so I'm going to show three different ways to do an exercise. That's essential. That opens up the program to more people – from teenagers to people in their 60s and 70s."

Fisher has a point — Hollywood is known for being extremely appearance based.

But maybe it's just what's right for the character? We know that Leia is now

Khloé Kardashian Lost HOW MUCH Weight From Her Exercise Routine?!

It's no secret that Khloé Kardashian is suuuuuper into working out!

We've seen countless Instagram selfies from the gym, and we have to say, her body be BANGIN'! You did see her Complex cover (above), right?

Well, now she's opening up about her exercise obsession! She dished about her love of working out during an Australian radio interview, saying:

"I'm so into it. Even this morning, I've been up since 2:30 because I was jetlagged and couldn't sleep, and I still went to the gym this morning."

Dang! That's commitment!

But, the 31-year-old did clarify that it was a relatively easy routine that morning:

"It wasn't that intense here because I'm still jetlagged, but I make sure that I go. Even 30 minutes you feel, 'Okay, I feel good about myself.'"

The reality star explained that she usually ups the intensity when she's stateside, and has shed quite a few pounds because of it, saying:

"Definitely when I'm in L.A., I go hard, and I've lost like 35 lbs."

Woah! She added that she loves seeing herself slim down:

"I know how I want to feel in clothes, and it does become addicting. Once you start losing weight and seeing results, you're like, 'I want to see more!'"

Good for you, girl! KoKo certainly looks great! We're glad she feels happy in her skin, while also losing weight in a healthy fashion!
