Jimmy Fallon & His Writer Compare Their Retweets To That Of Katy Perry's On Twitter!

Katy Perry has recently passed up the Biebs on Twitter, making her the most followed popstar in the world!

So naturally, Jimmy Fallon had to do something about it to mark this milestone! An experiment, if you will!

Jimmy in the Big Apple pitted his show writer Arthur Meyer against the Roar singer to see who can get the most retweets on Twitter by tweeting the exact same thing that Katy tweets.

We're not sure how long this will be going on for, but this is day one of his retweet experiment!

Take a look at the outstanding number of retweets between Katy & Jimmy's writer (above)!!

ZomBEEs Invade San Francisco!!!

No, that's not a typo: zombees are invading San Francisco!

That's zombees not zombies!

A parasitic fly is infecting honey bees, making them act oddly… like zombies.

The Phorid fly injects its eggs into a honey bee where they'll eventually hatch into larva and begin to eat their way out of the bee!!

These parasitized bees go crazy and leave their hives at night and fly at lights and do other weird things most normal bees don't do. (Bees never fly at night.)

Thank goodness a scientist at San francisco State University is on the case!!

What's cool is you can help!

If you notice bees by you acting strange, you can help with the science.

Just go HERE and follow the instructions on how to join in on the experiment!

Get out there and science some bees!

Check out the video (above) to see some freaky, infected zombees!

new york high school finds double stuf oreos do not have twice as much filling

Deep down inside, we always knew this was too good to be true. We just never wanted to accept it!

A sick and twisted Consumer Math teacher in Upstate, New York decided to have his students put Nabisco's claims that Double Stuf Oreos contain twice as much filling to the test!

The results were devastating!

After crunching some numbers (and probably a few cookies), the group of Debbie Downers high schoolers found out that

Experiment Links Brains Of TWO Rats!!!

rats

Woah.

A neuroscientist has linked the brains of two rats together, so when one of them pushes a lever - the other one does, too!

The rats were trained to push a lever when a light went on, but after a while, electrodes were placed in the rodent's brains.

Soon they had one rat pushing a level because of the light, and another rat pushing the lever only as a response to the brain stimulation it felt from its partner rat.

New Study Shows Crabs Feel Pain

Filed under: Sad SadBusiness BlitzHealthScience!Sea Creatures

We're not sure what the need was, but we're pretty sure the crabs didn't like this experiment.

The Queen's University Belfast shocked a group of crabs to see if they experienced pain. As one (with common sense) would expect, the crabs wanted to avoid the shocks.

The message behind the experiments is a bit confusing…
