Talk about rude!!!
A couple from Spokane, Washington recently had a fight with a Comcast rep over their bill.
When they finally did receive a new bill in the mail, Ricardo and Lisa Brown were shocked to discover that Ricardo's name had been changed to "Asshole Brown" — and the couple was VERY upset with the company!
The worst part of the whole ordeal however was when Comcast offered resistance to the couple after they tried to get the curse word removed from any future billings — seriously!
