Texas Town Leveled After Deadly Fertilizer Plant Explosion! Numerous Fatalities Feared!

explosion at texas plant jpg(1)

How insanely horrifying!

We’re receiving reports that confirm a massive explosion at a fertilizer plant in the small Texas town of West, which is about 20 miles outside of Waco.

At around 8PM local time, a fiery explosion erupted from the West Fertilizer Plant – cause still unknown – which sent a fireball bursting into the sky and caused extreme damaged to miles of property. The blast leveled many people’s homes and the town was immediately evacuated.

D.L Wilson from the Department Of Public Safety confirmed that a “tremendous” amount of people were injured, citing “over 100 injuries” so far. He added that there were confirmed fatalities, though he was not at liberty to reveal a number just yet. He continued to confirm that an apartment complex close to the plant, with nearly 50 units, was demolished “to its skeleton”, along with 50-75 houses and a nursing home.

A field triage station remains set up on a football field near the plant to help treat the wounded, and as for the plant, the blaze is still smoldering and there is fear of the toxins being released into the air. He added that his team will be searching every house and every location they can, all through the night, to rescue other survivors that could still be trapped.

Devastating. Truly heartbreaking.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to everyone affected in this small town. Stay strong!

boston marathon explosion bomb tragedy deaths victim identified

At the request of her family, we won't be identifying the third victim of the horrible Boston Marathon bombing by picture. She was a student at Boston University. The second victim was identified yesterday.

News outlets first thought that it was a student named Zhou Danling, but that was incorrect as the official Xinhua and the Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post were reporting Zhou was only injured.

The consulate had also announced that another student, named Lu Lingzi, was missing. After the announcement, that's when her family asked to keep it quiet and to keep her pictures out of the press.
