Kirsten Dunst's restraining order against her French stalker, Jean Christophe Prudhon - who had written over 50 letters to her and even went to her mother's home - was set to expire today and she was originally supposed to have to wait until the next calendar year to get it renewed, Los Angeles Judge Carol Boas Goodson was able to extend the current one until a new hearing on January 9th!

Good! The last thing she needs is any unwelcome holiday surprises this year!

Oh, yuck! Poor thing!

Kirsten Dunst received a protection order yesterday against 51-year-old Jean Christophe Prudhorn, who has apparently flown from France to El Lay more than five times, sent her dozens of letters and called her over a hundred times, admitted to sitting in his car outside of her house ten times, and once, even walked up to her doorstep and confronted her mother!

Is OWN finally picking up some traction?

Oprah's network reportedly has picked up eight additional episodes of the series Our America with Lisa Ling, as well a second season order of 16 episodes, as well as 10 additions to the new series Welcome to Sweetie Pie's, bringing the first season to a full 18!

Both shows have done considerably well in the ratings, as America pulls in an average 405,000, while Sweetie Pie averages with 388,000!

Michael Lohan was back in a Florida courthouse yesterday, in regards to his latest arrests, stemming from a physical altercation with ex-girlfriend Kate Major and then once again after violating a protective order against her by trying to call her, and luckily, this time around, he had no objections to the judge extending the ban on him having any contact with her!
