Anderson Cooper Thinks There's No Way Amanda Knox Is Going Back To Italy!

anderson cooper amanda knox italy trial murder extradition not happening

We agree! We don't really see Amanda Knox going back to Italy, even with an extradition order.

Amanda was acquitted of the 2007 stabbing murder in October 2011 and just recently started having a normal life again in Seattle — she was moving on and even got a new boyfriend. It's so strange that this is surfacing yet again, but on the other hand our legal system here works differently than the one in Italy. It might not make sense to us like it does to them or something!

Here's what Anderson said:

Survivor Producer Will No Longer Fight Extradition To Mexico For Wife's Murder Trial

survivor producer not fighting extradition to mexico

Last we heard from this shady guy, it didn't seem like he had much of a choice in this matter!

To recap…back in March, Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman had been sent a 45 page extradition memorandum from Mexico, requesting that he return there to stand trial for murdering his wife in Cancun last spring.

Then in July, we learned that Bruce had failed in his efforts to fight extradition while in jail, and it became clear that he would definitely go on trial for his wife's murder in Mexico.

Now, we're hearing that Bruce has accepted the fact that he will go on trial in Mexico…and he's hoping that he'll be able to clear his name in this case. Ha!

Here's what his attorneys had to say about it in a statement released today:

"We are disappointed in the court's decision denying our request to prevent the extradition of our client, Bruce Beresford-Redman. After consultation with him, Bruce has decided not to appeal the decision and to return to Mexico and defend himself on the charges.

"He is innocent and it is his hope that the court in Mexico will assure that he receives a fair trial in which, he is confident, he will be exonerated."

If he truly is innocent, then we hope the truth comes through in court…but it REALLY seems like he's guilty. We have a feeling he's going to be spending the next couple of decades in prison…in Mexico.

What do U think? Does this former Survivor producer have a chance? Or will he be locked away for a looong time???

Survivor Producer Will Go On Trial For Wife's Murder…In Mexico

survivor producer to be tried for wifes murder in mexico

Things are NOT looking up for Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman.

Last we heard from this shaaaady guy, he had been sent a 45 page extradition memorandum from Mexico, requesting that he return there to stand trial for murdering his wife in Cancun last spring.

He had been trying to fight the extradition while in jail since November, but it appears that he's failed in his efforts, and he WILL go on trial for his wife's murder in Mexico.

We'll be shocked if he's found not guilty.

Former Survivor Producer Arrested For Wife's Mexico Death Has Been Housing His Mistress!

mistress of former survivor producer living in his house

Way to make yourself sound even more guilty even though you already sounded pretty damn guilty!

Former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman, who's been arrested on a warrant from Mexico accusing him of killing his wife, Monica, has been letting his mistress live in a house that he owns.

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"Joy has been spotted as recently as last week at a house that Bruce owns. Bruce's parents had been living in the house prior to moving into Bruce and Monica's Palos Verdes Estates home. David and Juanita lived at the other house for years."

The affair had supposedly ended last year, but why would Bruce let his mistress live in a house that he owns if it was over?

Here's what Monica's sister has said about Bruce's affair:

“That’s why they went to Mexico — because she decided she wanted to try and reconcile the marriage and she believed he was done with the other woman."

According to a source, Bruce's mistress has left the house, but received her mail there as recently as last week.

Bruce will fight extradition to Mexico in Federal Court in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and we are not optimistic it's going to go well for him.

So shady! So very, very shady!

Former Survivor Producer Arrested For Wife's Mexico Death

survivor producer accused of killing wife in mexico

We first heard about this back in June, but now it looks like it's getting real for former Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman.

The former Survivor producer was finally arrested in Los Angeles yesterday on a warrant from Mexico.

The warrant accused the former producer of killing his wife, Monica Beresford-Redman "by asphyxiating her" while he was in Cancun, Mexico on April 5.

Here's what Beresford-Redman's lawyer Richard Hirsch had to say about the arrest:

"Based upon our investigation, he is an innocent man being wrongfully accused by a foreign government. We hope that after full consideration of both sides, a federal court will decide not to extradite him."

Looks like Bruce, his wife, and their two children were staying at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun, and Monica's body was found in a resort sewer on April 8.

SO upsetting.

According to the extradition request, there were several witness statements, which include 2 British teens who were in the hotel room below Beresford-Redman's.

The teens said they were awakened by "screams, crying for help and extremely loud banging from the room above" and "It sounded like a woman in extreme distress."

Here's more from the extradition request:

[the couple] "had been having marital troubles for some time before her murder. The marital problems continued in Cancun. In a conversation from Cancun on April 4, 2010, Monica Burgos told her sister, Ferreira Burgos, that she had found evidence that [Beresford-Redman] was still in contact with the woman with whom he was having the affair."

Fortunately, Beresford-Redman's children are currently in his parents' custody as all of this is sorted out.

Sounds VERY suspect to us.

We'll see what happens, but we're def leaning towards guilty on this one.

Do U think the former Survivor producer is guilty?
