The last time Faith Evans, the late Notorious BIG's former wife, was making headlines, it was because of her 2010 D.U.I. arrest, but apparently, that's not all the legal drama in which she's embroiled herself, because she reportedly owes over $60,000 to the State of California in back taxes!

After facing two counts of DUI in August, Faith Evans worked out a deal with prosectors to plead "no contest" to reckless driving.

She has been sentenced to 36 months of probation, $300 in fines, completion of a 3-month alcohol program and no driving with any measurable amount of alcohol in her system.

Not bad compared to what it could have been!

Faith Evans was detained by the police on Saturday for suspicion of DUI near Marina del Rey. The singer posted bail on Sunday morning but her car was impounded.

Faith Tweeted on Sunday night:

"I am on the set of my new video for my single 'Gone Already.' I'm sure by now most of you heard that I was detained on suspicion of a DUI. After completing a full day of wardrobe prep I was stopped at a random checkpoint. I'm fine and well, and thank you for your prayers, kind words and concerns."

Don't do it again, Faith!

Not good.

R&B singer Faith Evans was arrested last night after she was stopped at a DUI checkpoint near Marina del Ray and was suspected of being under the influence!

It is unclear what her B.A.C. level was when she was taken into custody.

So unfortunate.
