As we've reported, Halle Berry's Thanksgiving celebrations turned ugly this year when her ex, Gabriel Aubry, got into a fist fight with her current fiance, Olivier Martinez, in front of their four-year-old child, Nahla, which left both men in the ER with varying degrees of injuries…and the male model facing potential charges of criminal battery!

Earlier today, we were bummed to hear that Halle Berry and ex Gabriel Aubry were back in family court, in a renewed battle for custody of their three year old daughter Nahla.

Now, we've learned that while in court, Halle complained that Gabriel violated their custody agreement AND she had her lawyer submit an extensive doc which claims that Nahla has been "at risk" while with her father.

Sources are saying that Halle believes Gabriel didn't abide by requirements that he needed to follow when Nahla was in his care.

The incriminating document that Halle submitted to the court denounces Gabriel's abilities as a parent, and references a specific incident where he "allegedly neglected Nahla, imperiling her safety."

A hearing on this matter will take place soon, so it looks like we'll be hearing much more about Halle/Gabriel custody dramz in the near future.
