A FarmVille Movie? Really???

Filed under: Film FlickersSad SadPerezTVLady GaGaFacebook

Check out the video (above).

In our opinion, that's the ONLY time we need to see FarmVille portrayed in any kind of media OTHER than as a game on Facebook!

Unfortunately

Tumblrrific News! Lady GaGa Has Joined Tumblr!

lady gaga joins tumblr

Between her presence on Amazon, her takeover of Farmville, and now her place on Tumblr, they should really just start referring to it as the GaGanet! Ha!

Lady GaGa has officially created her own Tumblr, and she's been posting pretty regularly ever since she started up her page last night.

Adventurous little monsters who make their way to her page will be treated with fashion stills of Mother Monster, song lyrics, and "candid snapshots."

Tumblr employees must be THRILLED at the prospect of all the traffic that GaGa is sure to bring to their blogging site!

Will U check out GaGa's Tumblr? Do U have a Tumblr of your own?

Has Lady GaGa Teamed With Google's New Music Service?!

Filed under: Music MinuteTech TalkLady GaGa

lady-gaga-possibly-teamed-with-google-music-beta

Sneaky, sneaky, Mother Monster!

Earlier this week, during Google's I/O conference, the company unveiled their answer to iTunes, called Google Music Beta, "a cloud-based music service that enables users to store songs in a digital locker and stream them to any Android device," including phones, tablets, laptops and desktops! Furthermore, the company has already acquired the music startup PushLife, which enables users to move their iTunes music libraries to Android devices, and are planning to offer users storage for up to 20,000 songs for free!

Additionally, "users who sign up for the locker service will get free music, similar to how some MP3 players ship with sample tracks."

And although they've yet to make any deals with music labels, we're thinking that they may have secured a partner whose (in the immortal words of Kelis) milkshake will surely bring all the boys to the yard - in Miz Lady GaGa!

The pop star is rumored to have spent several hours shooting a commercial for Google in NYC last weekend, and given her latest innovative means for downloading the upcoming Born This Way early (Farmville?!), we imagine that THIS may be her latest platform to cross-promote her music!

Sounds pretty cool, right?

We sure hope so! Some of the other projects announced during past Google I/O conferences - Google Wave, Google Friend Connect, and Google Chrome App Store, anyone? - have had LESS than stellar success, so maybe a little GaGa-fication is exactly what they need!

What do U think?? Are U interested in Google Music Beta?

Woman Kills Baby For Bothering Her While She Played On Facebook

alexandra-tobias-pleads-guilt-to-the-second-degree-murder-of-her-son-because-he-interrupted-her-while-she-was-playing-farmville

This is sickeningly horrific.

A Florida woman named Alexandra Tobias has pled guilty to the second-degree murder of her 3-month-old son after he interrupted her while she was playing the Facebook game FarmVille.

According to investigators, her child, Dylan Lee Edmondson, began crying while she was playing the farm simulation game, and she lost her patience and shook him so hard that he may have hit his head.

She could face up to 50 years in prison.

As she should!

A monstrous act! And all over a game on effing FACEBOOK! Absolute nonsense.

Atari Coming to Facebook! LIKE

atarie.jpg

Before there was Farmville…before the Mafia Wars….there was ATARI.

In the 1970’s, Atari ruled the video game industry, but over time they were dominated by overweight plumbers and speed-fiending hedgehogs. Now, they are returning with a large scale online initiative on Facebook and other social network sites.

Atari will be updating its classics, such as Missile Command & Centipede, and they'll be pitting them against Mafiaville and Farm Wars games that are currently popular on FB.

We are SO ready to kill centipedes on Facebook, in between stalkings of people we’re no longer having sex with.

Which games will you play obsessively?
