What a smokeshow! Cue the wolf whistles!

Kelly Osbourne parted ways with her bikini and got dolled up for the CLEO magazine (she's their newest columnist!) relaunch party in Australia on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old was a total sexpot in a lace Alex Perry A-line dress with bustier bra top and sheer yoke, but we can't stop obsessing over her fabulous violet beehive!

The voluminous 'do and those side-swept bangs are just plain HOT on the Fashion Police co-host.

Miss Kelly O accessorized with drop earrings, dragonfly rings, and a cute black clutch.

She should totes choose herself as best-dressed on Fashion Police! LOLz!

We knew this was coming!

After Gwyneth Paltrow said she stopped using Botox because it made her look like Joan Rivers, the E! Fashion Police host was quick with the comeback.

The funny lady said:

They may not be unionized, but they are very serious about overtime!

Just last week a dozen Fashion Police writers filed a claim against E! for not paying them overtime, and now they want Joan Rivers to pay up too!

In their latest complaint, the scribes claim the show's hostess with the mostess' production company, Rugby Productions, screwed them out of an additional $400,000.

Ouch.

The next step will be for the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement to hold hearing to see if either E! or Rugby Productions owes the writers any of the $1.5 million in back wages they claim they're owed.

Fashion Police may be one of E!'s top rated shows, but it certainly doesn't come across that way in their writers' paychecks!

On Wednesday, the writers filed a claim with the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, accusing their employer of violating state laws by not paying them overtime.

One writer said:

"The most I’ve been paid for a show has been for eight hours of work. In reality, I put in anywhere from 12 to 32 additional hours on each show – time I should have been compensated for. On top of that is all the unpaid overtime we regularly work. There are some shows where we are required to work 16-hour days, from 2:30 p.m. until around 5:30 the following morning."

Another writer added:

Whoa! This pic LITERALLY made us do a double-take!

But that's not Ozzy Osbourne, that's Kelly Osbourne proving that the apple really does not fall far from the tree AT ALL!

The TV star channeled her dear old dad at a photocall for E!'s Fashion Police in Poland on Tuesday wearing an outfit most likely directly lifted from the Prince of Darkness's own closet!

The stick-straight hair, round specs, crucifix necklace, black Camilla and Marc jumpsuit and black blazer…

Yup! That's SO Ozzy!

We don't remember if Kelly's ever paid a fashion homage to her dad before, but we LOVE it!

MAJOR props to her for doing it!

And it's great to see her back at work looking good!

Just one day after making her return to the Fashion Police set, Kelly Osbourne jetted off to Amsterdam on Friday promote the show.

Looking happy and healthy, Kelly kept the monochromatic party going from the day before in a white blouse with black Colonel Sanders bow, polka dot pants and black heels.

Bright pink lips and lavender locks styled into a fancy up-do completed her comeback look.

We're glad to see you hitting the ground running Miss Kelly O, but take it easy!

The Fashion Police hostess looked very 30s-chic in an embellished mesh Jenny Packham cap-sleeve gown that she scored straight off the runway!

Miz Osbourne's signature lavender locks were pulled back in a chignon and featured a stylized side part.

Kimberly McDonald jewels and a bedazzled Marchesa clutch completed her vintage-inspired ensemble.
