New Yorkers are PISSED that all the commercial events at the Lincoln Center, specifically the seemingly endless fashion weeks, are keeping them from playing frisbee and using their dogs to meet good-looking strangers at the Center's Damrosch Park!

In fact, residents and environmental activists are so STARK RAVING MAD that they've filed suit against the city and Lincoln Center for "limiting public access to Damrosch Park" and holding commercial events, including fashion week and the Big Apple Circus, for 10 months out of the year.

The plaintiffs also argue that the $32 million generated by the Lincoln Center from all of the events is NOT going back into the city like it's supposed to, but instead benefiting the Center itself.

In a statement, NYC Park Advocates, a nonprofit watchdog group, said:

1D's Louis Tomlinson was spotted canoodling with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder FRONT ROW at Topshop Unique's A/W 2013 fashion show during London Fashion Week on Sunday.

He looked quite dapper in his dark pants, white tee, and Topman jacket with leather lapels. Meanwhile, Eleanor looked equally chic in her grey jumpsuit that featured sheer sides and sleeves.

Even though Louis seemed to be in a happy mood watching the show and cuddling up to his GF, Eleanor was less than impressed with being in the spotlight.

Hmm, guess she's going to have to get used to it. After all, her honey is in the hottest boy band right now!

Lil' Kim had the honor of closing The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS show in NYC on Saturday and much to our surprise she looked kinda sorta like her pre-plastic surgery self!

The 38 year old stomped down the runway in a Dominique Auxilly gown that showed off her bountiful curves and a smize that would stop Tyra Banks dead in her tracks.

We're not sure what the hell was going on when she was in West Hollywood, but this is a Lil' Kim face we wouldn't mind seeing around town.

Has someone been listening to too much Lana Del Rey???

Sarah Hyland killed two birds with one stone last night: celebrated Teen Vogue's 10th anniversary and Chloë Moretz's 16th birthday.

For the 2-for-1 soiree, the curly haired Modern Family actress wore a blue velvet alice + olivia dress and black peep toe heels.

When Dita Von Teese picks a color, she really commits!

The noir-loving diva has been all over Paris for Fashion Week, and on Thursday she made an appearance at the Sidaction Dinner Gala.

Wrapped up in a gorgeous red sequined Elie Saab dress with dramatically structured shoulders and seksi thigh slit, the 40-year-old was a marvelous sight!

Strappy red pumps, red mani, expertly styled curls, and her trademark red lips completed the seductive look.

We love it, and it's nice to see her in something other than black!

When fierce isn’t a strong enough word, it’s vicious!

That’s what Olivia Munn looked like at the Atelier Versace show in Paris on Sunday, because she was killing the competition.

Typically, the actress doesn’t make the best dressed list, but then she did this weekend and totally redeems herself.

The black, form-fitting dress with metallic details from the Versace A/W 2012 collection hugged Olivia in all the right places and brought attention to her breast assets.

Hopefully Olivia left a good impression on Donatella so she'll send her loads of Versace swag!

How could she not after seeing her in that?
