Such a sad day!
According to sources, Universal has decided that following the tragic death of Paul Walker over the weekend, it will delay production of Fast & Furious 7, but not scrap it entirely.
The director of the upcoming film James Wan held a conference call with executives over at Universal on Sunday to discuss the fate of the latest installation of the franchise, and how to go forward in a way that would show respect to Paul and his character.
The movie had been on hiatus for Thanksgiving when Paul passed away, and was slated to return to production on Sunday. Those plans have been pushed back to today or tomorrow at the earliest.
Our hearts go out to the cast and crew of the Fast series, and to all of Paul's loved ones during this difficult time.
