If nobody else can do it, you might as well just do it yourself!
American swimmer Ryan Lochte broke the world record for fastest 200-meter individual medley on Thursday morning, which he set himself 2 years ago.
At the world swimming championships in Shanghai, China, Lochte finished the race in 1 minute and 54 seconds, just a TENTH of a second faster than his previous record.
His Olympic teammate, Michael Phelps, finished just behind him to clinch second place.
