Shanna Moakler does Instagram better than you!
While you were trying to get the perfect angle on whatever plate of mediocre food you were about to eat, Shanna was snapping a pic to try an make you hurl that food up later!
Why yes, that IS 2.5 liters of fat that she had lipsuctioned out of her body that's she's holding up for everyone to see (above)!
Apparently she went to a place called Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills on Tuesday for a procedure called Airbrush Laser Liposculpture — which is a pretty clever name. They don't use scalpels, they use a circular device and lasers that leaves a VERY small scar!
So why would an ex-beauty queen need this? We hear she pulled the trigger because getting back into pre-baby shape after birthing 3 kids wasn't so easy!
Honestly, if this makes her happy and it was safe, we're all for it!
We would always recommend the good old-fashioned hard work route instead, though. In the long run, it seems like slow and steady will always be the best way to lose those extra pounds!

Ha! This is seriously one of the most random things ever!
But it's also one of the funniest things we've seen in a while!
When it comes to raccoon dancing, this man certainly knows what he's doing. He's clearly done this before.
A man, who looks like a total hillbilly mountain man, was rocking out, dancing on his porch to some Aretha Franklin!
His pet raccoon, a big fat one at that, was there with him, trying to get in on the action.
At first, the raccoon seemed confused, but he eventually joined the man and started dancing!!
It's soooo random and so cute we can't stop watching!!
Check out the video (above) for a hillbilly dance party!

We mean, why else would Hayden Panettiere have the biggest container of Nutella that we've ever seen, unless she's going to swim in it?? LOLz!
That's a LOT of chocolatey, hazelnutty goodness!
To be exact, that tub has 11 pounds of the delicious treat in it, and they found it in Croatia. She and her boyfriend (Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko) found it while on European vacation! The whole thing has 27,000 calories, which is two weeks worth of recommended calorie intake!
What's that? You want more facts?

We say that Long John Silver's new menu item — the Big Catch — is a bad business plan, because it's so unhealthy that it really seems like they're trying to kill you! If you're dead, you can't buy their food, so that's bad for business!
How bad is it?

Kelsey Williams is a badass that also happens to be an Oklahoma City Thunder cheerleader! First and foremost though, she's a badass!
She's very good at her job, and can raise spirits like a boss. So when a blogger said she was "too chunky," you best believe that Kelsey spoke up for herself and put that blogger on blast!
Here's what she said:

Dietary fats and oils yield 9 calories/g, whereas, carbs and proteins produce only 4 calories/gm. Foodies know that nuts and oil seeds are very good sources of fat. They are rich in energy, dietary fats, sources for essential fatty acids and vitamin E. Furthemore, they transport fat-soluble vitamins/hormones.
There are basically two types of dietary fats. Visible fats include butter, oils and animal fat etc. Invisible fats are in foods like rice and wheat. Most of the fats and oils we use are either saturated OR un-saturated fatty acid chains.
Unsaturated fats have one or more double bonds and are liquid at room temperatures. In general, they are derived from plants. Examples are: soybean oil, safflower oil, etc. Fish oil, on the other hand, is composed mainly unsaturated fats—with little saturated fats.
Saturated fats contain no chemical double bonds. They are solid at room temperatures and commonly derived from animals and some from plant sources. Examples: butter, lard, palm kernel oil, coconut oil, etc.
