This can't be good for you.
Any diet that claims you can lose 20 pound in ten days is definitely not a healthy one.
Losing weight takes a lifestyle change, not some crazy diet or medical procedure.
But we do understand wanting to look good for your wedding.
That's why brides are going on the the K-E diet, where they go on a feeding tube for ten days!
Just seeing that tube down someone's nose makes us cringe.
Check out the video (above) to learn more about this crazy diet.

We have some wonderful news to report about Zsa Zsa Gabor!
According to her husband, Prince Frederic Von Anhalt, Zsa Zsa has been removed from the feeding tube and is eating all on her own! He explains:
“She has been eating mashed potatoes and matzo ball soup and drinking orange juice on her own. There is no need for the feeding tube any longer so we are having it removed right now.”
Excellent! We're so happy to hear you are making progress!
And girl, you should eat whatever you can handle! Ice cream! Candy! Whatever! Treat yourself for being so strong!

This isn't a good sign.
Zsa Zsa Gabor is reportedly having a feeding tube put into her stomach so she can get nutrients into her system.
The iconic actress is in the hospital in critical condition after having what initially appeared to be a successful hip replacement surgery.
We're thinking of you, bb.
