At this point, we suspect that Russell Brand's actually teaching a class instead of going to one. He goes so often that we're POSITIVE he could just do it in his living room! Ha!

We assume Russell Brand doesn't wear shoes while doing yoga, so why would he bother wearing them to class?

We're joking about the syringes, at least we hope we are, but still, that's pretty dirty.

Though Brand does seem to live a sort of "dirty hippy" lifestyle. No judgement.

And at least he's doing yoga!
