According to a statement from the El Lay DA's office, the 53-year-old is facing one count of possession of a firearm by a felon with two priors.

As for those two priors, the rapper was convicted for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle in 2001, and possessing cocaine in 2009.

The woman suspected of driving under the influence and smashing her car into the 15-month-old son of MMA fighter Marcus Kowal was arrested again on Wednesday — this time with a much more serious charge.

As you may have heard, Donna Marie Higgins had first been arrested on Saturday, shortly after crashing into Liam Mikael Kowal as his aunt pushed him in a stroller along a crosswalk.

The 72-year-old was originally booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and drunken driving charges and was released on Sunday after posting bail.

But once the toddler was declared dead on Sunday after his family took him off life support, Hawthorne police consulted with the Los Angeles County district attorney's office and decided to re-arrest Higgins on suspicion of vehicle manslaughter.

Even on the stiffer charge, however, the suspect didn't last too long behind bars — the elderly woman was released from the police station after posting her $100,000 bond.

While Kowal says he harbors no ill will towards the woman, he would like to "speak directly to her" at the trial, telling press:

Oklahoma Votes To Make Abortion A Felony Punishable By Prison Time — Will The Governor Actually Sign This Nonsense?!

no title

UPDATE 5:28 P.M. ET: Gov. Fallin has officially vetoed this horrifying bill! Fallin said in a statement regarding her decision to kill the awful legislation:

"The bill is so ambiguous and so vague that doctors cannot be certain what medical circumstances would be considered 'necessary to preserve the life of the mother.'"

This is horrifying!

The state of Oklahoma has gone batsh*t crazy against abortion, with their House of Representatives and state Senate both overwhelmingly voting to make the medical procedure a FELONY!!!

The state's Senate voted on Thursday afternoon by a 33-to-12 count to make abortion not only a felony, but punishable by up to three years in prison — and now, the bill is in the hands of Gov. Mary Fallin (pictured above) as she must decide whether to sign it and enact it into law.

The state also voted in the controversial bill in question to start revoking doctors' medical licenses for the "performance of an abortion" on a female patient, with only one exception: if the abortion is necessary for the life of the mother.

Oklahoma GOP politician Nathan Dahm — the author of the grotesque bill who, by the way, does not appear to have a vagina — said of the legislation:

Los Angeles County Won't Charge Bill Cosby With Two Cases Of Felony Sexual Assault

no title

Bill Cosby just received a major break.

On Wednesday, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to charge Bill for felony sexual assault regarding the case of Playboy model Chloe Goins and a woman who claimed the actor sexually assaulted her in 1965 when she was only 17-years-old. The news comes on the heels of Cosby's recent felony sexual assault charge filed in Pennsylvania.

Related: Camille Is Sticking By Bill 100%!

For those who don't know, the victim in the El Lay case Chloe alleged that the comedian assaulted her at a Playboy party back in 2008. Though the D.A. took interest in the case, it looks they've decided not to pursue it further because the statute of limitations have run out AND due to the fact that B.C. was out of town during the alleged incident.

Not to mention Bill wasn't on any guest lists for parties at the mansion during the period in question.

As for the then 17-year-old, the D.A. once again cited expired statute of limitations along with inconsistencies in the victim's story.

The good news for Cosby is compounded by a judge's decision to delay the deposition of his wife Camille Cosby.

So, do YOU think the D.A. made the right choice?

Rapper Young Buck Could Go To Prison Because Of The Craziest Thing — Fake Urine!

no title

Young Buck is, for lack of the better word… pissed!

In May, the rapper — who is currently on probation — was ordered by his officer to undergo a drug test by submitting his own urine.

Unfortunately, the G-Unit group member got caught with his pants down — literally — when the official allegedly saw him take out a bag of someone else's pee and then used a tube to transfer it into a sample cup.

It was later revealed that the Nashville native was smoking weed with Snoop Dogg.

And fast forward to now, Buck could go to jail for faking his own urine!

Falsifying a court-mandated drug test is a felony and could land someone in prison for up to five years! OUCH!

Young Buck's number one definitely does not make him number one.
