America’s Next Top Model judge, Rob Evans had a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving! He's no longer a fugitive!

As we mentioned last month, the model and former boxer was arrested in March on felony assault charges for allegedly sending a man to the hospital after beating the crap out of him.

Evans cooperated with the police for the get-go, but curiously went M.I.A., which forced the Beverly Hills PD to issue a warrant for his arrest last month.

Once Rob heard he was a wanted man, he called his lawyers and turned himself in on Wednesday, only to be released 25 minutes later after posting $60,000 bail.

So far a court date has yet to be set, but according to sources the ANTM judge will most likely claim self-defense since the victim acted as if he was going to attack him.

Why would anyone want to attack such a pretty face? Sigh.
