Doesn’t sound like 2014 is Rob Evans' year.
Not only has he been ousted from the America's Next Top Model judges panel (cycle 21 will see the return of J. Alexander), the male model he allegedly assaulted in 2012 has now filed a lawsuit against him.
To refresh your memory, the soon-to-be former ANTM judge was arrested on felony assault charges for supposedly sending Landry Macedo to the hospital after attacking him.
The criminal case is still going, but Landry is now suing for unspecified damages, also claiming that his modeling agency, Next Management, is responsible since they knew of Rob’s violent tendencies and did nothing.
Seems like it could really go either way, especially since apparently Rob claims he was apparently acting on self-defense.
What do U think???
