Felony Battery Charges DROPPED Against NCIS Actor David Fisher!

Lucky man!
To recap - back in September, NCIS actor David Fisher was arrested for allegedly attacking a neighbor over a disagreement involving swimming pool towels!
Authorities were saying that Fisher allegedly hit and choked the victim…and he was sent to jail on felony battery charges.
Then, Fisher spoke up about the incident, and claimed he was acting out of self defense because the neighbor pushed/provoked him first AFTER insulting his death mother! Ouch!
Now, charges against Fisher have been dropped after the actor pleaded "no contest" to a minor disturbing the peace charge, for which he was slapped with a $50 fine…which the judge ended up writing off.
