Lucky man!

To recap - back in September, NCIS actor David Fisher was arrested for allegedly attacking a neighbor over a disagreement involving swimming pool towels!

Authorities were saying that Fisher allegedly hit and choked the victim…and he was sent to jail on felony battery charges.

Then, Fisher spoke up about the incident, and claimed he was acting out of self defense because the neighbor pushed/provoked him first AFTER insulting his death mother! Ouch!

Now, charges against Fisher have been dropped after the actor pleaded "no contest" to a minor disturbing the peace charge, for which he was slapped with a $50 fine…which the judge ended up writing off.

Former CSI star Gary Dourdan was arrested late Sunday night after LAPD received a domestic disturbance call around 9pm.

When the cops showed up to Gary's house, there was no woman in sight, but then an anonymous tip sent them looking in a nearby alley where they found one of Gary's ex-girlfriends with a broken nose.

The ex says Gary was the man to blame, so he was arrested and booked with felony battery.

Gary is currently being held in jail on $50k bond!

Shameful! Absolutely shameful. We always figured working on a crime should would teach you not to hit a woman, but we guessed wrong!

And the plot thickens!

We reported earlier that NCIS' David Fisher was arrested yesterday after allegedly choking his neighbor over wet towels, but according to the actor, he was only acting out of self defense - and the neighbor went as far to mock his mother!

Apparently, the two used to be friends, and his neighbor even comforted Fisher when his mother passed away. But according to him, their relationship deteriorated, and yesterday shiz escalated over the aforementioned towels!

The neighbor is quoted as saying:

"Are you still crying about your dead mommy?"

Ouch!

Furthermore, his neighbor got violent first, so he maintains that he was only acting in self-defense, and explains:

"I was pushed by my neighbor and further provoked when he referenced to my dead mother. My actions were in self-defense. I am not a violent person."

Geesh! What an ugly situation all-around!

Again, we understand that those comments were below the belt and unwarranted, but the best thing to do in that kind of situation is just be bigger person and walk away.

We hope he learned his lesson.

Yuck.

David Dayan Fisher, best known for his roles on 24 and NCIS, was arrested yesterday after allegedly attacking his neighbor over - get this - a disagreement over swimming pool towels!

According to authorities, the actor allegedly hit and choked the victim. He's being held in jail on felony battery charges.

Good!

We don't care how heated that ridiculous argument got - he has NO business putting his hands on anyone!

Unbelievable.
