Last week she suggested Chia seeds - but that's not all the advice she has on the subject!

Margaux says:

"It is estimated that 55-90% of children are not consuming the recommended daily amount of fiber. Fiber is important to your child's health because it aids in digestion, reduces constipation, and helps produce a sense of fullness which prevents overeating.

Some tasty ways to include fiber into your child's diet is by serving raspberries, grapefruit, strawberries, and cranberries. You can also serve fresh vegetables loaded with fiber including broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, winter squash, and kale. Yum!"

Great. Now we're hungry! LOL!
