The graffiti saga continues as Chris Brown now refuses to pay fines for his Los Angeles home’s “artwork.” Following complaints from neighbors given the musician’s spray-painted mural, Chris was asked by the city of Los Angeles to remove the graffiti or pay some major mula, but he isn’t having any of it.
Instead, he's decided to fight back by filing an appeal. Claiming that the graffiti “[enhances] the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property”, the legal documents state that the infringement goes so far as breaking his First Amendment rights:
