Louis Vuitton's jewelry is going to mighty fine next month.
The French fashion house announced last week they will unveil their first fine jewelry flagship, complete with an on-site atelier, on July 2nd to coincide with the first day of Couture Fashion Week.
The 17th century townhouse located at 23 Place Vendôme in Paris was designed by Peter Marino and features “simple” and natural materials like straw marquetry, Havana leather and light rosewood paneling.
Sounds fancy and expen$ive.

Nicole Richie is adding a bit more class to her House of Harlow line by introducing fine jewelry.
Up to now her line has sold a collection of fashion jewelry featuring inexpensive materials and crystals, but the new line will focus more on real diamonds and gems.
Nicole debuted one of her luxury pieces at the Met Gala on Monday, a sunburst ring with natural gray diamond.
However, they won’t be cheap; prices start at $50,000 and will be made by special request.
Nice! But worth the price?

We love when celebs do good. And this time around it's Brittny Gastineau and her mother Lisa who are helping out.
Lisa was previously diagnosed with skin cancer and just last year had reconstructive surgery on her nose to help improve a nasty scar left from the removal of basal cell skin cancer.
And now, the mother/daughter duo hope to give back. They've teamed up to create a special pendant as part of their high-end, fine jewelry line, Tres Glam.
The special Shaded Sun pendant, which is made of sterling silver and gold plate, will help promote awareness and advocate the importance of protecting your skin.
And to help out, a percentage of every purchase will go to the study and treatment of skin cancer.

After two years of development, Hermès is finally launching a jewelry collection.
The 14 piece collection of "haute bijouterie", designed by Pierre Hardy was inspired by the shape of a horse's hoof to keep with the fashion house's equestrian roots.
"Hermès is not a very precious universe. I simply went back to its roots and to the horse’s hoof, taking the roughest, strongest, almost radical element and giving it the most feminine, the most modern interpretation."
The line also keeps with Hermes' price points, with prices starting at $23,675 and going all the way up to $880,000!!!
And for whoever throws down that much money will have to wait 5 to 7 months before they actually get to enjoy their purchase.
Think the haute bijouterie will be successful???

Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen's clothing line Elizabeth & James is slowly expanding.
First they introduced a small collection of denim and now they're getting into fine jewelry for the fall.
The collection of fancy jewels, which were actually designed by the Olsens rather than their original collaborator Robert Lee Morris, features white and gold diamond necklaces, pendants and rings.
Naturally, the added bling hikes the price point of the range up into the thousands of dollars and will be available at Neiman Marcus.
