New Coldplay Album NOT Delayed, Says Rep For The Band

Earlier today, we mentioned that the new Coldplay album had been pushed back from May/June to October.
Now, a rep for the band is saying that the album has not been delayed because "there was never a firm release date to delay in the first place."
So, does that mean we'll still see the album this Spring? Or is it still coming out in October, but Coldplay's rep doesn't like the word "delay?"
Seems a bit vague to us! We want answers!
