We had a feeling some people wouldn't like this.

Yesterday, before their home game against the Oakland Raiders, some of the St. Louis Rams players came out onto the field with their hands up, silently and peacefully protesting the Michael Brown shooting decision in nearby Ferguson.

Well, the St. Louis police department was MORE than unhappy with that display, and they released a lengthy statement about it.

Actress Claims She Was Forced To Have Simulated Sex Or Pay $100,000 Even After This DISGUSTING Thing Happened!

woman sues producers after forced sex scene bleeding incident

Ugh! We can’t even imagine having to go through this.

Actress Anne Green sued Time Warner, HBO, Cinemax, and producers True Crime two years ago because she says she was basically forced to strip down and simulate set for Femme Fatales.

It’s a confusing situation, but Miz Greene says that she was “blind-sided with multiple script rewrites” and told she’d have to pay over $100,000 for breaching her contract if she didn’t perform the simulated sex scene.

Here’s where things get gross.

In the scene, she was reportedly only wearing

Beyoncé Gets Backlash Over Photo Blackout, Press Sends Ill-Tempered Letter Queen Bey's Way!

beyonce knowles photos concert ban npaa letter condemnation first amendment

Angry photographers have a bone to pick with Queen Bey, and we aren't referring to slighted paparazzi!!

Beyoncé recently denied all photographers press passes for the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour because she doesn't want them taking pics of her at the concerts.

The singer's public relations team instead insists that press use pre-authorized pics of the her in their publications!

Of course, journalists are protective of their First Amendment rights so now they're pissed off!

The National Press Photographer's Association, backed by heavyweight papers like the L.A. Times the New York Daily News, wrote an angry letter to the masterful musician's PR team saying as much!

They believe Bey is only hurting her image by

Joustin' Beaver iTunes App Creators Are Suing Justin Bieber!

justin bieber legal drama round two

Justin's legal drama continues!

To recap - last week, Justin Bieber sent a cease and desist letter to video game makers RC3 - the company responsible for an iTunes app/game called Joustin' Beaver.

At the time, we were hearing that Justin did NOT want the game using his likeness, and his lawyers were threatening to take RC3 to court!

NOW, we've learned that the Joustin' Beaver creators are filing a lawsuit against The Biebs, claiming that they're NOT violating any laws by making fun of him in their game!

The company is saying that their game is a "parody," which should be protected by the First Amendment in the Constitution.

Should be interesting to see how this all plays out! We'd expect to hear more soon!

Team Bieber…or Team Beaver???

Gap Hires Top Lawyer To Fight Kardashian Look-A-Like Suit

The gloves are off in the Old Navy vs. Kim Kardashian lawsuit!

As you'll recall, Kim's demanding the retailer pay her $15-20 million for using a look-a-like in one of their commercials, but they beg to differ.

The Gap, which owns Old Navy, says their advertisements are protected by the First Amendment and they've hired top intellectual property lawyer Louis Petrich to make their case.

Thoughts???

Occupy

Ben & Jerry's may officially be the COOLEST company ever!

The board of directors has proclaimed full support for all of the Occupy Wall Street protestors in a message reading, "To those who occupy: We stand with you."

This comes as no surprise considering they have championed for corporate responsibility in the past, but is definitely a nice boost to the movement.

After expressing their admiration for those protesting the corporate greed that is destroying our democracy, they briefly outline issues that are important to the company such as:

Howard Stern On Dr. Laura!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooHoward Stern

Even he thinks she's an idiot!

Howard Stern believes that Dr. Laura Schlessinger saying she was quitting radio to regain her First Amendment rights was "the most self-serving statement I ever heard."

He continues:

“Just because you have First Amendment rights doesn’t mean all your speech is appropriate. She hasn't lost any rights. Some people didn't like what she has to say. She won’t leave. You’ll see. It’s all bullshit.”

We hope she DOES leave!

And you know you're out of line if Howard Stern thinks you need to go!
